    Happyian ABA is seeking an Entry-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for newly certified BCBAs looking for mentorship, manageable caseloads, career growth, and a supportive work environment.

    💲 Compensation

    $75,000–$80,000 per year

    📋 Position Details

    Full-Time Position

    Billable hour requirement: 25–30 hours per week

    Small caseload of approximately 5–7 clients

    Additional cases available with support from a Lead Case Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards

    Qualifications

    Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification

    Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

    New graduates and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
