Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to join our team and help shape the clinical integrity and culture of our practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality client care, and contributing to a stable and supportive supervisory environment. With a manageable client load and dedicated supervision hours, this position is built for long-term success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 8 hours of weekly clinical supervision to assigned clinicians

Maintain a client caseload capped at 15 clients

Offer clinical guidance, reflective supervision, and case consultation

Contribute to program development and broader clinical leadership initiatives

Participate in team meetings and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture

Uphold high standards of ethical practice, documentation, and clinical excellence

Requirements

Maximum caseload of 15 clients

Ability to work 2 days in-office per week (Not including special events or required additional meetings)

Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience

Current California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license (active and in good standing)

Completed BBS-approved Supervisor Training (15 CEUs)
