What you'll actually be doing

You'll drive a company van to restaurants and commercial kitchens across Charlotte, servicing fryer oil filtration systems and helping clients run cleaner, greener kitchens. Your day is route-based — you know your stops, you manage your time, and you take pride in doing the job right. No two kitchens are exactly alike, but you'll be trained on everything.

This is physical, hands-on work. You'll be on your feet, working in warm kitchen environments, and lifting equipment. If you like working independently, seeing tangible results, and getting home at a reasonable hour — this role fits.

What we pay — and how it grows

Start (weeks 1–12) $675/week approx. $18.75/hour

After training period eligible for a raise and monthly bonus

90-day milestone $300 milestone bonus

180-day milestone $300 milestone bonus
