Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator Full-Time – Oklahoma City, OK
Pahl Pharmaceutical Professionals is a leading mental health, addiction treatment, and clinical research practice in Oklahoma City. Our team is focused on improving lives in our community while maintaining a supportive and professional work environment.
We are seeking a reliable, organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team who is looking for a long term position. This position plays a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients for appointments
Schedule and confirm patient visits
Answer a multi-line phone system and patient texts
Collect payments and process transactions
Assist with patient rooming and vitals when needed
Maintain organized and professional front desk operations
Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
Experience scheduling appointments preferred
Comfortable discussing and collecting payment for services
Experience with multi-line phones and computer systems
Reliable and punctual
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
