Job Description:

Luther Manor at Hillcrest is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, wash windows and walls as needed.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other linens, and ensure laundry is properly cleaned at put away.
• Organize and declutter spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
• Restock supplies such toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
