7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am

Monday to Sunday schedule available

Locations: Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, North Glendale

Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable with cooking meals for someone who has specific diet due to a heart condition

Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)

Reliable transportation

Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi-Fi-only devices are not accepted)
