Webb Orthodontics is seeking a full-time laboratory technician to fabricate orthodontic appliances. The candidate must be highly-skilled, detail-oriented, and love working with their hands! Attention to detail is a must! Your precision and proficiency in orthodontic lab techniques will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding treatment outcomes.

Job responsibilities:

• Fabrication of custom orthodontic retainers and appliances.
• 3D printing of models and fabrication of clear aligners.
• Collaboration with the orthodontic team to interpret treatment plans and ensure timely completion of orthodontic appliances.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, following proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Stay updated with emerging orthodontic techniques and advancements in lab technologies.
• Take digital scans, impressions, photos and x-rays on patients with precision and care.

Qualifications

Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting preferred but not required. We will train the right person!

Additional Information

Multi Office travel between Alliance, Chadron, and Sidney Nebraska. 2 days each per month. Company vehicle travel.
