    California Pulmonary Associates is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team at our two locations in Upland and Glendora, California. This is a full-time position, primarily focused on outpatient pulmonary care, with the possibility of inpatient work. We are looking for a highly skilled provider to deliver comprehensive care for patients with various pulmonary conditions.

    Job Details:

    Position: Full-time Physician Associate (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    Locations: Upland & Glendora, CA

    Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide outpatient care for patients with pulmonary diseases

    Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of pulmonary conditions

    Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    Opportunity for inpatient work depending on availability and interest

    Document patient care and treatment plans in an electronic medical record (EMR) system

    Qualifications:

    Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in California

    Strong knowledge in pulmonary medicine and patient care

    Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Highly recommended: Outpatient pulmonary experience
