Join Ellie Mental Health in Clarksville!
Interested in dipping your toes into private practice without taking on all the financial risk and administrative headaches? Have weekend availability you'd like to put to good use? Ellie Mental Health Clarksville may be the place for you.
Ellie is working to make mental health care more accessible while creating a better experience for the clinicians providing it. We reduce unnecessary administrative burdens so therapists can spend more of their energy doing what they actually became therapists to do—work with clients.
The Opportunity
We're looking for Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) interested in joining our Clarksville team with weekend availability.
We're a great fit for clinicians who value flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. You'll have the freedom to build a manageable caseload, lean into your clinical specialties, and provide care in a comfortable, welcoming office—with a supportive team behind you.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
Tennessee clinical license or actively pursuing licensure in an eligible discipline
Experience completing treatment plans and clinical documentation
Strong communication and professional boundary-setting skills
Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus
Previous insurance credentialing is preferred for fully licensed clinicians
Experience with children, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, substance use, or school-related concerns is a plus
What You'll Do
Assess and diagnose behavioral health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide high-quality outpatient therapy using creative, evidence-based approaches
Complete timely case notes, treatment plan reviews, and required documentation
Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals when appropriate
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and consultation
Bring your personality, clinical strengths, and ideas to the Ellie Fam
Probably a few other important things we forgot to list ;)
A good sense of humor is always appreciated!
