About the Role:

Paris Baguette Downtown Cincinnati is looking for an energetic and friendly Barista & Cashier to join our team! If you love crafting delicious beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and being part of a vibrant café environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to customer specifications

Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, positive café experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and dining area

Assist with stocking and displaying baked goods, pastries, and café merchandise

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth café operations

Requirements:

Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
