About the Role: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Apollo Beach, FL. As our in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Post job ads and manage applicant tracking systems

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process

Maintain recruitment records and reports

Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
