Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled fully licensed therapist to join our team. Candidates must currently hold an active clinical license and be authorized to practice independently. This position is not open to candidates who are still pursuing licensure or require clinical supervision toward licensure.
This role provides counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families while supporting their emotional, relational, and mental well-being. The ideal candidate is client-centered, collaborative, and committed to ethical, evidence-based care.
Because we serve clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including many members of the area’s predominant faith community, candidates should be comfortable providing respectful, culturally responsive care to clients whose religious beliefs and values may play an important role in their lives and treatment goals. Therapists are expected to support each client without judgment and without imposing their own personal beliefs.

Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in one of the following areas:
Must currently hold an active, unrestricted license as a CMHC, MFT, or LCSW and be authorized to practice independently.
Applicants who are pre-licensed, provisionally licensed, working toward licensure, or seeking supervised clinical hours will not be considered for this position.
Experience providing therapy in a clinical or counseling setting.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and assessment practices.
Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
Ability to foster a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for clients with varied cultural, religious, and personal backgrounds.
Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
