About the Role

Full caseload available immediately — no need to build your own client base. Join Blue Sky Mental Health Clinic as a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW-C / LCPC) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

We are seeking compassionate clinicians to provide outpatient psychotherapy services in a hybrid role with a flexible schedule, working within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Clinical Autonomy Manage your own caseload using evidence-based modalities that best suit your expertise and your clients’ needs (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, or Solution-Focused therapy).

Tailored Treatment Develop treatment plans that reflect your clinical approach and the diverse needs of the Silver Spring community.

Case Management Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland regulations and ethical standards.

Professional Independence Exercise independent clinical judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of diverse client populations.

Collaborative Consultation Participate in optional peer consultation to support a high standard of care within the clinic.

Administrative Integration Utilize the clinic’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for scheduling and documentation.

Crisis Management Provide appropriate crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution

Applicants must hold an active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C license. Applications without this will not be considered.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outpatient setting

Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches preferred

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
