About the Role:

Sahuaro Dental in Tucson, AZ is looking for a skilled and experienced Exocad Dental Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role for a qualified professional who is ready to hit the ground running — no training provided. If you're passionate about precision dental work and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Design and fabricate dentures using Exocad CAD/CAM software

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate case specifications

Review and interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, and digital scans

Maintain quality control standards for all completed restorations

Operate and maintain CAD/CAM design equipment

Meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship

Requirements:

Proven, hands-on experience with Exocad dental design software — MANDITORY !

Background in dental technology or dental laboratory work

Proficiency in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows

Strong understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and dental materials

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and precision

Strong communication skills and ability to meet production timelines
