Full-Time Therapist (W-2)
Expected caseload: 25+ clients per week
Eligible for full benefits
Part-Time Therapist (W-2)
Expected caseload: Approximately 15 clients per week

What We’re Looking For
Fully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I)
Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized care
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
Commitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growth

Part-time roles are not benefit-eligible.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual therapy needs
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care
Work with families and caregivers as appropriate for child and family counseling
Maintain a weekly caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectations
