WORK SCHEDULE:

The Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic's work schedule IS MONDAY THRU THURSDAY from 5:00 AM TO 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime hours worked on Fridays. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE MECHANIC is part of a fast-paced team responsible for supporting daily production packaging, manufacturing operations, and maintaining equipment properly to produce high-quality, world-class customizable hair, skin, and body care products.

• Performing basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to support the daily production schedule. 
• Managing machine performance by doing equipment set up and changeovers for production and responding to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
• Understanding, following, and enforcing all established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive forward production. Complete necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate, update and inform the maintenance and quality activities with all teams and team members throughout the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Minimum of five (5) years in a GMP environment (cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, food industry, or related consumer goods
• At least three (3) years of hands-on equipment mechanical / maintenance experience; preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging facility
• Working knowledge of packaging filling and assembly equipment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a demonstrated history of flexibility
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize resources efficiently
• A mechanically solid background in mechanical repair, with advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment
•  Familiarity with bulk manufacturing (batching) equipment
