WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This role is focused on engaging function of beauty's community - both responding to comments on our social posts and proactively managing our micro-influencer network. The core of the role is writing and so it requires a high level of creativity, humor, and diplomacy as well as scrutinizing details and seeing through tasks from start to finish. Success will be heightened with project management skills and a scrappy dive-in attitude.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Instagram community management
- Monitor, moderate and manage conversations between community members, serving as the primary resource for customers on Instagram
- Become a function of beauty expert - on both the brand voice and our products - in order to offer an exceptional customer experience, resolving customer questions quickly and efficiently in a way that leaves them with a smile
- Create personal relationships with our community - and proactively comment as Function of Beauty on other brands / influencers / Instagram content in a brand appropriate way
- Identify new ways for growth and increased presence within the community
- Work hand in hand with the function of beauty Customer Service team who manage all behind the scenes communication (DM's) to ensure you are aligned with their direction and executing a consistent customer experience.
- Micro influencer management
- Foster authentic relationships with influencers in key markets to generate “always-on” content and UGC postings around key campaigns and launches
- Continually test and try new approaches to improve results + scale program and streamline influencer onboarding process in a meaningful way.
- Help identify ways to build and strengthen ongoing relationships with influencers
- Keep organized records of influencer documents, product shipments, and results

- Possess equal parts confidence, humility and desire to learn
- Passion for social media and a love for exploring new up & coming platforms - comfortable navigating Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest and YouTube
- Passion for the beauty space
- Highly organized, detail orientated, strong time management skills, able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ready to go above and beyond to help the broader team
