About the Role: 

The creative team operates as an in-house agency, performing creative work (concepting and development) against briefs from business leading functions. We are looking for a self-starter who can execute highly tactically, driving down to the most minute details and who will roll up their sleeves to get stuff done - someone organized but also creative in their approach to solutions that maximize the likelihood of success of the brand. The Graphic Designer reports into the Art Director and works across all Brand team needs, building a cohesive creative output

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Creative team and Cross Functional teams to help make all visual communications that represent function—of beauty. 
• Work on large scale projects spanning from visual identity, web, print, packaging, motion.
• Design and develop visual assets across all advertising channels such as print materials, email design, SMS design, and both static and animated social ads. 
• Support projects from initial conception through final production.
• Strategically work off creative briefs and insights with tight timelines

This Should Describe You:

• BFA or BA in graphic design, advertising, or relevant field
• 3+ Years experience in a graphic design role
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Photo Editing
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, general video editing
• Basic knowledge of Klaviyo and Figma is a plus
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize your workload
• Ability to concept, develop, and execute visual assets from start to finish
• Creative thinker with a discerning eye for design and typography
• Ability to communicate and collaborate on cross-functional teams
• Interest in beauty and self care
• Eagerness to learn and receive feedback
