Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Architect (FA3) to design and deliver enterprise-level AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on building and implementing scalable solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini, while collaborating across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across enterprise platforms

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, data teams, and business stakeholders

Define technical architecture, design documents, and implementation strategies

Ensure integration of multiple products and services to meet business needs

Oversee Tier 3 application support, upgrades, and patch management

Identify and manage risks, mitigation strategies, and control activities

Provide technical guidance to leadership and stakeholders

Support testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini

Strong experience with Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture

Experience managing application support (Tier 3), upgrades, and patches

Proven ability in risk assessment, mitigation, and governance

Strong technical advisory and stakeholder communication skills
