In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the ERP functional team to support and maintain Oracle EBS applications along with Oracle Cloud applications.
Assist in gathering business requirements and participate in functional design discussions.
Contribute to the configuration and setup of Oracle EBS modules (and relevant Cloud applications) based on business needs.
Participate in system testing for ERP system changes and enhancements.
Help create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Assist in conducting user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities.
Support end-users in resolving functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system.
Learn and work with Oracle EBS modules and relevant Cloud applications, such as Finance, Projects, Procurement and Human Resources.
Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
