Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors. • Provide medical consultations in the Vida clinic and via Telemedicine • Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient’s health issues. • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patients’ treatment plans, for each patient. • Monitor the patient’s condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly. • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. • Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external. Qualifications: • Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required or eligible for board examination. • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a primary care setting, including urgent care • US Work Authorization. • Active WA state professional license in good standing (Licensed Naturopathic Physician, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). • Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $125,000 - $300,000+ yearly
