EverSpan Life is seeking a Functional or Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner to deliver efficient, high-quality care from our Scottsdale, Arizona, clinic location. This role combines in-person clinical care and procedural services with telemedicine visits conducted onsite, within a structured, functional medicine care model. The ideal candidate practices through a natural and systems-based lens, can efficiently assess patients, identify root causes, and implement personalized care plans, and is comfortable delivering both hands-on and virtual care from a clinic-based environment. Work Structure This is a fully onsite role based at the EverSpan Life clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Providers deliver care through structured in-person visits and scheduled telemedicine visits conducted from the clinic. All care is provided within established clinical frameworks designed for efficiency, consistency, and personalization. Structured onboarding, clinical guidance, and operational support are provided to ensure success within the EverSpan Life care model. What Success Looks Like • Efficient, confident delivery of personalized care across in-person and telemedicine visits • Safe, effective performance of onsite procedural services • High patient engagement and adherence to care plans • Consistent clinical outcomes and improvement in key health markers • Accurate, timely documentation and operational reliability • Strong alignment with EverSpan Life’s functional, lifestyle-first philosophy • Positive patient feedback driven by clarity, trust, and results Compensation & Benefits • Base salary range: $135,000 – $175,000 , dependent on experience and scope • Bonus eligibility based on performance • Medical and Dental insurance Responsibilities: • Conduct focused in-person clinic visits and telemedicine visits from the Scottsdale clinic location using a functional, root-cause framework • Develop and manage personalized care plans integrating lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress optimization, supplements, and targeted therapies • Perform onsite procedural services within the NP scope of practice and EverSpan Life protocols • Interpret lab data and clinical information in real time and adjust treatment plans accordingly • Prescribe medications, supplements, and peptide therapies within scope and aligned with clinical frameworks • Actively listen, ask targeted questions, and efficiently identify key drivers of patient concerns • Educate patients clearly and concisely to support understanding and adherence • Monitor patient outcomes over time and refine protocols as needed • Complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the clinical platform • Collaborate with clinical and operational team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery Qualifications: • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing in the state of Arizona • Eligible to provide on-site care and telemedicine services under Arizona regulations • Strong foundation in functional, integrative, or lifestyle-based medicine • Ability to deliver effective care in efficient, time-constrained visits • Experience with or strong interest in in-clinic procedural services • Experience or working knowledge of personalized supplement protocols • Familiarity with peptide therapies , including clinical application and safety considerations • Strong communication skills and an outcomes-focused, patient-centered mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, clinic-based environment • Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 yearly
