Job Description

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection.

• Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
• Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro
• Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet spec
• Identify and fix issues — fast
• Keep quality and productivity on point
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking
• Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

Qualifications

**** What You Bring:

✔️ A knack for testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems
✔️ Experience with inspection tools (think calipers, micrometers, test rigs)
✔️ The focus to follow detailed instructions and spot the tiniest defects
✔️ The confidence to take action when something’s off
✔️ A team-first attitude — you help where help is needed
