Position Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of accountants in managing and reconciling cash, securities, and other financial transactions. It is important to prioritize accurate and timely financial reporting for deliverables across a portfolio of clients, and to remain detail-oriented in all work. The role also includes reviewing partnership agreements for accounting implications, mentoring, and developing team members, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Additionally, the role supports business development efforts and contributes to maintaining a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with the firm's values. Work is conducted in a highly structured team and control environment. Assignments can fall into the quarterly reporting cycle or high paced ad hoc client or investor requests.
