Position Overview

BesTitle Agency, Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk for support in our Ironton location. This position has the potential to become full-time. You'll learn our processes from experienced staff and be positioned to succeed in our fast-paced, team-oriented organization.

Job Description and Requirements

· Managing accounts using QuickBooks

· Analyzing workflow processes

· Processing due invoices for payments

· Daily trust account reconciliation of bank accounts

· Positive pay uploads

· Process, credit, and disburse all invoice payments

· Prepare/send monthly invoice statements for select lenders
