About the Role:

The Resilience Project Inc is looking for a passionate and driven Fundraiser to join our mission-driven team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals

Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations

Plan and coordinate fundraising events, drives, and donor engagement initiatives

Write compelling grant proposals, donor appeals, and fundraising communications

Track and manage donor data using CRM software to ensure accurate records and reporting

Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals

Research new funding opportunities and prospective major gift donors

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations

Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets and securing donations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, donor-centered approach

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Bloomerang, or similar tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Genuine passion for social impact, community resilience, and nonprofit work

Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
