Position Summary:
The Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also providing essential administrative support to leadership and fundraising initiatives (25%). This role is critical in managing and optimizing platforms such as Andar (inc. ePledge) and GiveSmart to support electronic giving, data reporting, donor engagement, and internal coordination.

Education and/or Experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism, ability to resolve conflict constructively, strong performance management and evaluation capabilities including the willingness and ability to ensure accountability, ability to build strong relationship both inside and outside UWFC, ability to think strategically, commitment to fostering an inclusive environment consistent with UWFC's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Must have the ability to prepare, explain, and monitor data performance, manage projects and workload, and engage constructively with the other members of the UWFC team.
Physical Requirements: ability to move papers or supplies weighing up to 20lbs.
NC Driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
This is a hybrid position; minimum of 4 days in the office.
FLSA Status: Exempt
