About the Role:

Join Feldkamp's Home Furnishings, Inc. as a Furniture Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality furniture to our valued customers while ensuring smooth warehouse operations. If you are passionate about customer service and teamwork, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Safely deliver furniture to customer locations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Assist in loading and unloading furniture from delivery trucks and warehouse inventory.

Maintain accurate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with customers.

Inspect furniture for quality and ensure it meets company standards before delivery.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.

Participate in training programs to enhance delivery and warehouse skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy furniture and equipment safely.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends as needed.
