Job Responsibilities:
Represent the Furniture Medic image with professionalism
Develop an understanding of business functions to best communicate with the shop and customers
To contribute to the improvement of Furniture Medic by bringing your strengths to the company
Completing clerical duties. scheduling, maintaining the office area, handling phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Maintain positive attitude while resolving customer complaints i.e. scheduling delays.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in using a variety of software programs
Desire to learn and help a small business grow
Personable and able to interact with customers across multiple platforms
Strong organization skills
