We are looking for an energetic, style-savvy Furniture & Home Décor Buyer/Sales Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will help select exceptional pieces, work directly with customers, price merchandise, and create an inviting shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and select furniture and home décor brought in by customers

Research, price, tag, and enter merchandise into our system

Help maintain attractive, shoppable furniture displays

Build positive relationships with buyers and consignors

Assist customers with purchases and product questions

Operate the register and process transactions

Open and close the store

Work with the team to keep merchandise moving and the sales floor looking its best

What We’re Looking For

Professional experience in furniture, decorating, home staging, or home furnishings is required

A strong eye for style, quality, and current décor trends

A warm, personable, kind, and engaging personality

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation

The ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
