Furry Fellas is Hiring for an Evening / Weekend Office Assistant / Fill in Client Care Coordinator
MUST BE LOCATED IN RI OR IN BORDERING MA/CT AREA
You:
You love animals. Your free time is spent volunteering or being with animals or learning how to care for them.
You have a home office, experience working in a busy office, are organized, detailed oriented, have strong communication skills, can type well and are familiar with Microsoft Word.
You desire the flexibility to work from home, love to learn & are looking to be part of something bigger and to make a difference daily in the lives of others
Us:
Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC has been in business since 2006. Our services include; dog walking services, pet sitting services (dogs, cats and other small animals), in home dog boarding and overnight pet sitting. We currently have 40 walkers / sitters on staff and were voted in the TOP 3 Pet Service Companies for 8 years in a row!
Our staff is held to the highest level of professionalism and everyone has prior experience working / volunteering with animals (dogs / cats) and truly has a passion for working with and helping animals. We are committed to providing pet parents and their furry children with the highest quality of service possible!

Availability:
-20-30 hours/week
-Flexible schedule, as long as we have advance notice we can be very flexible with time off!
-Available during the following hours:
Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat/Sun 10:30-5:30pm. Quick check ins @ 8pm and 10pm daily which can be done from work phone with internet connection
Will need someone who can work 4-5 days per week with the above schedule. Schedule goes out a month at a time.
Duties:
-Scheduling reservations via email & phone
-Answering clients & staff questions via email & phone
-Data entry
-Keeping logs up to date
-Updating contracts and info in our client & staff management system
-Sending estimates & invoices
-Entering in credit / debit / PayPal payments
Compensation:
-$12/hour training pay
-$14/hour once training is completed
-Yearly pay increases

Qualifications:
-At least 1 year prior experience working or volunteering with animals
-Bachelors Degree / Associate will be considered
-STRONG communication skills
-Ability to work independently, prioritize and strong organizational skills necessary
-Cell phone (android or iPhone), transportation
-Home office with a fast internet connection
-Prior experience working in a busy office setting / receptionist / admin assistant
