    We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical tasks in our office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Managing files and Updating paperwork
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration at automotive dealerships
    • Experience with automotive contracts for buying and selling
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
