We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical tasks in our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Managing files and Updating paperwork
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration at automotive dealerships
- Experience with automotive contracts for buying and selling
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
