Title: PLEX Facilitator

**POSITION DESCRIPTION: **

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• User support - Training - User assignment and continuous education & development

*  **Troubleshooting**
*  **Identification of opportunities for process improvement**
*  **MONITOR, MAINTAIN & IMPROVE INTEGRITY OF DATA COMPANY WIDE**

• Support and guide leadership in developing and maintaining operations on the shop floor.

• Ensuring a consistent, smooth flow of accurate and timely information while monitoring and consistently improving transaction accuracy within ERP.

• Auditing

• Inventory adjustments in support of daily operations

• Month and year end closing

• **Audit and monitor work centers companywide **- Ensure proper (timely and accurate) recording of checksheets, production, scrap, labeling, job and labor information

• Support Ad Hoc Label Design

EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED (work experience can be substituted for higher education)

• Manufacturing experience highly desired (Must be comfortable working in both an office and production/manufacturing setting)

• Strong verbal and written communication with** * ALL LEVELS

• Leadership/Mentoring skills/experience
• Advanced computer skills: General ERP experience/knowledge
