Futch's Tractor Depot is currently looking for a HIGH ENERGY / FAST PACED / SELF STARTER / DEPENDABLE / GOOD COMMUNICATOR / SAFE / HARD WORKING / PRODUCTIVE / PROFESSIONAL person. This person will work inside and outside.  Must be able to work in direct sunlight.  As a Utility worker your tasks will vary from day to day depending on the needs of the business but there will be certain tasks that will require constant diligence. Employees in this position with right work ethic, skills, and capacity can and have started a career as technicians and other professional fields with Futch's assistance. This is a job, but the right candidate can turn this into a career.

This is an entry level position.  Candidates that demonstrate the work ethic and other desired qualities will be considered for re-assignment to advanced roles.

JOB DUTIES: (NOT LIMITED TO)

• Loading Equipment for Customers.
• Unloading Trucks.
• Various Other Tasks as Needed.
  • Candidates will be required to assist with upkeep of the facility.
    • Mowing/Weed Control
    • Washing Equipment
    • Janitorial Tasks
      • Emptying Trash
      • Sweeping/Mopping
      • Cleaning Bathrooms & Break Areas
• Operate Heavy Equipment

TOOLS NEEDED:

• A valid Florida Driver’s License is not required.  Applicants with a valid license and acceptable driving record will be given increased consideration for hire.
• Computer skills are a plus.

QUALITIES FOR POSITION:

• Must have a positive attitude and good customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision in a safe and professional manner.
• Must be able to be present and on-time for their scheduled shift.
• Must dress clean and appropriate for retail business.

POSITION INFORMATION:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Salary: $10.00 /hour ($11.00 after probation)
• Work Week Schedule consists of Monday thru Friday and Saturday (if scheduled)
• Hours vary from 7:00 AM till 5:30 PM depending on schedule
• Online, Instructor lead, and in-house training is available (some required).
