    The position

    Futu makes investing easier and not alone. Futu’s mission is to transform personal investing experience with an intuitive user interface and a fully digitized brokerage and wealth management platform. To further this mission, we’re looking for a Financial Service Representative.

    Futu’s Customer Support and Back office teams are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. In your role as a Registered Representative, you will be empowered to help our customers with some of their most complex issues. In particular, your work will focus on Equities trading, Margin, and Options trading and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.

    The role is an opportunity within our Customer Support and back office teams. You'll respond to a wide variety of inquiries from our customers using email and work with back office operations to resolve customer issues and help create solutions to help the customer experience.

    What you do

    • Communicate with customers using email, live chat and telephone call
    • Solve customer issues efficiently and effectively with kindness
    • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
    • Develop deep subject mastery of complex financial concepts like Equities Trading, Margin, and Options Trading
    • Assist other registered representatives in their roles as needed
    • Contribute to the implementation of the compliance program

    What you offer

    • FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required
    • Experience in a support/service role for a financial services company
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to provide exceptional live service, both in‐office and remote
    • Familiarity with financial services and the stock market
    • Ability to think critically and apply logical problem‐solving skills to isolate and resolve issues
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Must be able to act independently and be self‐motivated
    • The ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

    • Instinct to Problem‐Solve
    • Strong Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills (e.g. pattern recognition)
