Futura Healthcare is looking for a candidate that is motivated and wants to learn and continue to advance. We are looking for a candidate in the Lehigh Valley area to be onsite at several hospitals to support Mobile Medical Carts. Job will include opening, closing and updating help desk tickets, using troubleshooting skills to perform repairs, perform preventative maintenance and communicating with the customer team. There may be some travel to remote sites in the area.

• Proficient board level troubleshooting ability for 120VAC to 12VDC power systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on-site.
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers.
• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations.
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training.
