    Job Description

    Future Aesthetics Medical Spa is looking for a passionate sales representative to join our growing team in our Ponte Vedra Beach office. This person will actively seek out new clients to engage with for the company, and will perform consultations with new incoming clients daily.

    The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. This position is the exclusive in house sales consultant position with a lucrative compensation plan and requires a dedicated and focused individual who has no other job commitments to manage hundreds of clients and to coordinate in-house marketing efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Future Aesthetics’s products and services - Strategically present benefits and key value propositions to prospective clients during private consultations. Evaluate their skin and body and make appropriate recommendations based on our services and products. Take photos and measurements and prepare them for their next steps in the process of transformation. Write contracts for sales and close packages and membership contracts. Ensure spa sales and employees are meeting weekly and monthly targets.
    • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Maintain clients accounts in proper standing for package sales and usage. Manage members monthly accounts.
    • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
    • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system. Learn how to Manage a sales team.
    • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Future Aesthetics’s overall market opportunity. It's a progressive industry and we are cutting edge leaders.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years experience selling a relevant product or service.
    • License & Certifications or equivalent not required
    • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
    • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating in person and on the phone
    • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
