Future CDJR of Concord is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. The Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Our CDJR Finance Managers typically earn a total monthly wage between $12,000 and $22,500.

Expectations:

· Providing exceptional customer service.

· Obtain financing for vehicles, selling extended service contracts, warranties and submitting for funding.

· Daily follow-up for all CIT, vehicle receivables, and the outstanding title lists

· Maintain a good working relationship with financial institutions.

· Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines.

· Credit application review and verifying accuracy of all information.

· Organize all documents in each deal.
