🚀 Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and performance targets

Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales

Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross‑sell and up‑sell

Build strong, long‑term client relationships to maintain high retention

Grow revenue through phone outreach, email, and lead follow‑up

Prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage

Present policy options clearly and confidently

Maintain consistent follow‑up and provide ongoing client support

$30,000 – $40,000 base + commission + bonuses (depending on experience and performance)
