Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Make outbound calls daily to qualified leads and book appointments for a top-producing advisor • Follow up on existing prospects, referrals, and marketing campaigns • Track activity, conversations, and results using our CRM (Redtail) • Communicate with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong phone presence and zero call reluctance • Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center preferred • Licensed in Life Insurance (or willing to get licensed within 60 days—support provided) • Organized, coachable, and driven to hit your numbers Perks & Growth: • Clear career path toward becoming a fully licensed advisor • Study material reimbursement and licensing mentorship • Supportive team culture with real-time coaching and collaboration • Access to industry platforms like FMAX, AssetMark, Redtail, and more Compensation: $45,000 - $130,000 performance based
