Future Foods: Regional Sales Manager
Location: FLORIDA, SOUTHEAST, NORTHEAST, TEXAS & CALIFORNIA

The Regional Sales Manager ensures achievement of regional sales goals and profit objectives through effective management of brokers and customers throughout the US.
Reports: VP of Sales & Marketing
Regional Sales Manager functions include, but not limited to:
Direct contact with GPO(Group Purchasing Organization)
Partner with brokers to identify and implement ways to maintain and grow our business
Grow sales substantially by seeking new business opportunities, using industry knowledge and network of contacts
Identifies and approaches key or strategic retail prospects and sets short- and long-term sales strategies
Develop focused, thoughtful sales plans and targets in partnership with broker leadership
Forge relationships with brokers and customers
Manage a geographic region and a network of food-service brokers and call on key operators including regional chains.
Work cross-functionally to gain support for programs and promotional activity in your region
Develop a detailed understanding of our products and business, represent Impossible Foods to customers and train distributors’ sales teams and brokers
Create customer pipeline and develop targets through research and relationship development and motivate brokers and distributors to achieve sales targets
Represent Future Foods at food shows, distributor events, and at other industry events
Experience working with commercial and non-commercial operators and negotiating distributor agreements
Knowledge working with key food-service distributors and effectively managing trade dollars
Ability and understanding how to demonstrate products to potential clients
