RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales consultants and associates take customer through the selling process supported through selling steps that we teach
Develop and ready a high level of product knowledge about vehicles and features
Demonstrate vehicles operations in show room and teat drive
Provide new customers through vehicle delivery. Reviewing all features, benefits, warranty and delivery paperwork
Maintain an owlfish follow up system that fosters repeat and referral business. Ensures customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Constant and continuous farming of loads, setting appointments. Which would make up a good portion of your average day – prospecting/farming which we teach and train
MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
2-4 year college degree preferred (Not Required)
2-5 years sales or customer service preferred (Not Required)
Excellent customer service, organizational and negation skills
Self-motivation – goal oriented – excited personality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Stable work history
Valid driver’s license / clear driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug testing
