A little bit about Futures Church: We're a global, multi-site church with over 10,000 members and 13 locations across the USA, Australia and Indonesia, with 4 locations in Metro Atlanta across Georgia. We're looking for a proven leader with experience in creating visual strategies across platforms, a commitment to excellence, and strong collaboration skills to move Futures Church forward in design and visual direction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES //

• Develop, design, and produce print & web content including graphics and short form video content for Futures Church campuses as well as other ministries/departments as assigned
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the Creative team to develop design solutions from concept to completion
• Contribute new, fresh ideas to the creative process. Demonstrate the ability to “think outside of the box” on a consistent basis.
• Uphold the designated brand standards throughout all church-wide and department based projects.
• Plan and design visual solutions and elements for Weekend Services, Conferences, Worship campaigns and other special events, as necessary.
• Actively participate in regular creative department and all-staff meetings.
• Actively contribute to our weekend service experience including but not limited to Sunday mornings on a weekly basis.

JOB MUST HAVES //

• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in the design and/or digital content creation field
• High-level of proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Ability to build designs from scratch and a strong eye for typography, layout and color theory
• Ability to build out a video timeline from scratch and a strong eye for framing, pacing and color grading
• Laser-precise level of detail when it comes to finishing and executing a project
• A heart to lead and grow people — spiritually and professionally
