We have employment opportunities for aspiring Production & Quality Specialists at our Southlake, TX (DFW metroplex) location.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:

·       Hands-on, full-time working directly with director of technology and technical founders

·       Partake in the entire production process to ensure error-free shipment of products to global customers

·       Cross-train in other areas including packaging, logistics, quality control and new employee training

·       Be able to learn to use standard equipment to fulfill orders and receive raw materials

·       Perform routine maintenance of production equipment/troubleshoot equipment issues

·       Maintain a clean and safe working environment and obtain various company-sponsored certifications

·       Being flexible and able to multi-task, being a key production member with opportunities to become a production manager within 24 months

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•         B.S. in Engineering ideal; High School/GED completion minimum

•         High level of detail orientation

•         Clean background check

•         Previous experience in a production environment

•         Excellent mechanical skills

•         Forklift-certification preferred

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•         Ability to work on tight deadlines

•         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite encouraged (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

•         Results oriented with demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience

•         Must have proven ability to:

o   Work independently in a dynamic environment

o   Prioritize

o   Handle multiple projects simultaneously

o   Problem solve

•         Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted, if necessary

COMPENSATION:

•         Compensation is based on experience and quality of work

•         Highly competitive compensation consisting of base and non-deferred cash bonuses

•         Base: $48-70k

•         Target bonus: 5-20%
