We are looking for a fun, upbeat and enthusiastic person that enjoys reaching out to potential prospects and setting them up in one of our 10 different awesome Creative Artist Residency's located across Los Angelas California. We have an amazing group of motivated, inspired and ambitious individuals that are seeking our housing option as a fun, healthy, and cutting-edge alternative to the boring standard way of living, i.e., working one or more 9-5 jobs just to be able to sustain rent cost in LA and being isolated away from others. We are seeking someone who is very friendly, outgoing and a good at talking to people. This is a perfect job for a college student who wants to dip their feet in something fun and unique while making some easy vacation money on the side! We are looking for someone available 2 hours a day Monday through Friday At $20 an hour. Additionally, we give bonuses for prospects you send over that go through our application process and moves in. We offer a $25 bonus per move in if it's 5 people and in under a month. If you get more than 5 people, we switch it to $50 per person, and over 10 people you get an additional $300 bonus on top!
