This position is for you if others say you have an upbeat and positive personality. Experience as a healthcare receptionist, referral manager, or similar is ideal.

Job responsibilities include:

Referral management

Inbound and outbound calling

Payment collections and recording

Insurance verification

Customer service

Scheduling patient appointments

Assist in clinic including working with therapists and audiologists to improve clinical efficiency as needed
