FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - Midvale is in search of a Client Care Specialist (CCS) for our growing organization. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a solution oriented mentality and a desire for ongoing growth. Our Client Care Specialists are experts at making our clients and patients feel welcome and delivering the best possible patient-oriented experiences. Greeting our clients/patients as they enter our office; scheduling clients/patients for their initial and follow-up visits in physical therapy; collecting co-payments and taking insurance information; verifying insurance benefits for potential and ongoing patients/clients; communicating with our clinical staff in regards to patient/client needs and arrival - these are all part of the job of the best Client Care Specialists. A smiling face and great energy are a must, and we look forward to you being part of our amazing team. Medical office experience is preferred but not required.
