The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:- You will CARE for our clients – you are interested in guiding people to success- You have excellent communication and teaching skills.- You have experience developing care plans and directing a team in providing optimalcare.- You are a self-starter and are motivated by serving others- You have experience treating clients of all ages- You have a high-level of organization, both professionally and personally.- You complete your documentation while treating clients.- You enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks- You have interest in learning more about Physical Therapy treatment and evaluationtechniques- You have a current State Licensure for Physical Therapy (PT)- You have a current CPR certification- You have a Masters/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.- You have a previous experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting.- You desire to continue to grow your clinical knowledge, though a multitude of ourcontinuing education programs or residency program.
