Responsibilities:
Greet all scheduled and walk-in patients
scheduling appointments
Answering phone calls
Administer paperwork and update patient records
Address patient questions and concerns
Collect co-payment and address questions regarding insurance coverage
prepares patients for examination and treatment
maintaining medical system files and referrals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year of medical admin experience in a healthcare organization or a quick learner
Knowledge of checking insurances
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Excellent customer service skills
Must have an outgoing, positive personality and excellent communication and organizational skills.
