    REMOTE LONG TERM CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT

    *Looking for a good technical sourcer/recruiter that has worked in engineering area!!!

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete the entire recruiting cycle while making effective use of client's processes, systems and tools;
    • Define recruitment needs and work on planning with the Human Resources Manager;
    • Establish internal partnerships in order to understand the company's culture and have an excellent knowledge of our projects;
    • Work with managers and our Human Resources team to attract the best candidates for our projects and teams;
    • Create and maintain a pool of qualified and diverse candidates;
    • Evaluate the skills and abilities of candidates through job interviews;
    • Proactively work with managers and the HR team to anticipate recruitment for our future projects;
    • Actively contribute in order to broaden and diversify client's pool of candidates;
    • Know and master the trends of the construction and engineering market;
    • Maintain effective and professional relationships with candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process and contribute significantly to the candidate and client experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, communications or a related field is a plus.
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in (full life cycle) recruitment, including a minimum of two (2) years in the construction or engineering sector.
    • Strong interpersonal skills: Communicate and influence stakeholders (internal and external) and establish trust and credibility with client's management team.
    • Results-oriented, highly motivated, very energetic, with a proven track record of success.
    • Business acumen and ability to negotiate job offers.
    • Very well organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Ability to manage a large volume of recruitment.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality of employee information.
    • Mastery of Microsoft and other applications, including social media.
    • Ability to fully understand the company's strategy and link it to a talent management strategy.
